1. Age Declaration
People under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase any product from Infinity Vapes LTD or the QCig website. By placing an order on the QCig website you declare that you are aged 18 or older.
Infinity Vapes LTD will cancel any orders believed to have been placed by anybody under the age of 18.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Infinity Vapes LTD only sells to adults, 18 years or older, who own and can purchase with a credit/debit card. If we subsequently discover you are under 18, we will immediately cancel any outstanding orders, refund your payment and remove your details from our system.

We provide links to external sites in our efforts to provide the best service we can to our visitors. However, we have no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Infinity Vapes LTD. We provide these links for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. We welcome feedback not only on our own site but on any site we link to.
15. Returns Policy
All Infinity Vapes LTD products are manufactured to the highest possible standards and using the latest available technologies. However, should any part of your QCig.co.uk order be faulty in any way, please send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt, including all parts, instructions, accessories and packaging. On receipt, we will inspect the product and should the fault be confirmed, offer you either a replacement or refund.
Please Note: All parts are deemed ‘consumable’ goods and have a finite life. This means that they will always need replacement over time. Batteries are expected to last between 200-300 charges and are guaranteed for one month from date of purchase. Clearomisers and coils are expected to last on average between 20 to 40ml of e-liquid.
The only warranty on clearomisers and coils is if they are dead on arrival.
Our Technical Department will examine returned Clearomisers for evidence of repeated use. In the event that a returned Clearomizer is seen to have been used regularly, then our guarantee will not apply.
To return any product, please notify us of the fault either by calling 0115 646 1506 or in writing, to info@qcig.co.uk. We will then give you an RMA number. We ask you to write the RMA number on the packaging label and then post it, along with proof of any postage costs, to:

16. Cession
Infinity Vapes LTD shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.
17. Severability
All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as pro non scripto and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
